We are a team of engineers, designers and problem-solvers from Solapur who believe great software can come from anywhere — and should be within reach of every business.

In 2015, Mr. Shrikant Kadam started Dream Technology with a simple belief: organisations in growing cities deserve the same quality of software that big-city companies enjoy — without big-city complexity or cost.

The first projects were websites for local businesses and colleges. Word spread quickly, because we did something unusual — we treated every contract as a relationship. We listened carefully, delivered what we promised, and then added that little extra the client hadn’t asked for.

That approach earned the trust of a municipal corporation, which now runs its payroll, pension and collection systems on our software, and of a listed manufacturing company that uses our tools to keep its machines running. Hospitals, hotels and colleges across Solapur, Osmanabad and Pandharpur followed.

Today, our team works across the full modern stack — React, Node.js, Flutter, Laravel, .NET, and AI & machine learning — while holding on to the values we started with.
